Withdrawal rights for online coaching
This page explains the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers buying coaching through our website. It is separate from the additional two-week coaching guarantee described in the Terms.
Right of withdrawal
If you enter into a qualifying distance contract for online coaching as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period generally expires 14 days after the date the service contract was concluded.
To exercise the right, notify Luke Selway, Strength Coaching Online, by an unequivocal statement that you wish to withdraw.
Email: luke@strengthcoaching.online
You may use the model form below, but it is not compulsory. It is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice before the period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you validly withdraw, we will refund payments received for the affected contract without undue delay and generally within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method unless otherwise expressly agreed; you will not incur a refund fee.
If you expressly asked that services begin during the withdrawal period, the statutory rules on any proportionate payment for services already provided may apply if the legal prerequisites were satisfied. Beginning coaching or receiving digital materials does not, by itself, mean that your withdrawal right has been waived.
